Identification of the needs that the victims of trafficking have as well as the risks they face within the shelters due to the pandemic.

In order to identify the needs for this category, the experts of the ALTRI Center drafted the evaluation report entitled "REPORT ON THE SITUATION OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING IN ALBANIA DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC PERIOD". The purpose of the report is to collect and analyze information on the situation of victims of trafficking in pandemic times and to issue recommendations on the situation of trafficking in human beings in Albania, referring to international acts, national legislation, the current situation of victims of trafficking and problems with which they face every day. This report also contains data on the work and efficiency of anti- trafficking authorities in law enforcement, their involvement in the trafficking investigation process and the effects of these processes on the rehabilitation and reintegration of victims, as well as on fulfilling obligations. others in improving the situation in the country. The report also aims to measure institutional developments in improving the situation of victims of trafficking, in taking measures and developing strategic activities and programs in providing adequate  facilities and infrastructure in reception centers for victims of trafficking. An integrated part of the analysis of this report is the reflection of the situation that reflects the international and national reports in this field, focusing on the situation created during the COVID pandemic 19.
