A.L.T.R.I. Institute is an organization with a scientific, research, professional and cultural nature, independent, non-governmental and nonpolitical. A.L.T.R.I. is a non for profit organization in the form of a Center, registered in the Non-Profit Organizations Register of the Tirana Judicial District Court, by Decision no.705, dated 16.12.2011. The Center’s mission is research, awareness, advocacy and lobbying for legal and territorial issues.
