It consists of some actions such as: the identification of victims of human being hosted in shelters needs and risks, provision of critical hygiene supplies for prevention; and awareness raising on the impact that the pandemic had and still continues to have on their life, risks that this vulnerable group face and the measures that should be taken. The second one aims to contribute to the initiative proposed by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to strengthen the resilience of (potential) victims by empowering public authorities and civil society institutions to carry out target-group-specific campaigns, awareness of specific risk situations is increased among service providers, the public and the target groups in Albania. This project will last 12 months and will be implemented in the Municipality of Tirana, the Municipality of Elbasan and the Municipality of Vlora.
