The main objective of this project was the creation of a coalition with actors from the academic world and civil society organizations in order to gain the perspective of the academic world and the civil society with regards to the constitutional reform, to develop , form, and advocate for a better constitutional reform that functions in strengthening the institutions and justice system. One of the activities of this project, which also aimed at gathering academic thought, but this time, through the promotion of scientific research of academic writing, was an open call for academic articles. This appeal was addressed to the entire academic world, field experts, scholars and professionals in the field of the rule of law, for presenting scientific-research papers on constitutional reform.
