In May, workshops were organized with the unemployment youth in Fier, Durres and Kukes, respectively on 20.05.2020 in Kukes, 21,05,2020 in Fier and 22 May 2020 in Durres . In these meetings, the experts presented a summary of the selected business ideas and then a discussion was held with unemployment youth on the improvement of these plans. After reviewing business plans, experts also contacted with contact persons from local businesses that were part of the first meetings to establish collaboration. In these communications, local businesses were introduced to the final version of business plans and the purpose of this communication is to create opportunities for them to support these ideas. The success story for this project is that, during the development of the workshop, some young people express the desire to design 2 other business plans, one for the city of Kukes and the other for the city of Fier. In total, the experts drafted 8 business plans out of 6 plans provided in the project proposal. The drafted plans are:
Kukes- Tourist guide;
Atelier, tailoring, styling for third parties;
Shop with organic products.
Fier: Restaurant agritourism;
Auto & moto service;
Winery;
Durres: Mediation office;
Social center for people with disabilities.
The proposed plans are realistic and have a positive impact in each city: the first one because in all three cities these business models are missing and the second and the most important is that it affects the improvement of unemployment youth by promoting their skills and ensuring integration into labor market.
