Development of seminars

The following activity is the development of 4 seminars at the local and central level (Tirana, Elbasan, Librazhd and Kukës). The first seminar was attended by representatives Ombudsman and Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, with the trainers contracted by ALTRI Center and GIZ Albania. Later, representatives of the Ombudsman and representatives of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare participated in the first seminar, held three seminars at local level in Kukes, Elbasan and Librazhd, trained by representatives of these municipalities (ToT).
