{"id":594,"date":"2018-05-30T09:48:21","date_gmt":"2018-05-30T09:48:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/altri.al\/?p=594"},"modified":"2018-05-30T09:48:37","modified_gmt":"2018-05-30T09:48:37","slug":"thirrje-per-financier-projekti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/altri.al\/index.php\/2018\/05\/30\/thirrje-per-financier-projekti\/","title":{"rendered":"Thirrje p\u00ebr Financier projekti"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Pozicioni:<\/strong> Financier projekti<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data e fillimit:<\/strong> 01.12.2017<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data e p\u00ebrfundimit:<\/strong> 30.05.2019<\/p>\n<h3>P\u00ebrshkrimi i projektit<\/h3>\n<p>Qendra ALTRI, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Koalicionin \u201cDrejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb\u201d, ka hartuar projekt-propozimin me tem\u00eb &#8220;Rritja e aksesit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebrmes edukimit ligjor t\u00eb publikut&#8221; n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit \u201cP\u00ebrfshirja e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sistem drejt\u00ebsie funksional dhe t\u00eb barabart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d, financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe zbatuar nga Save the Children dhe Qendra e Sh\u00ebrbimeve dhe Praktikave Ligjore t\u00eb Integruar.<\/p>\n<p>Ky projekt-propozim parashikohet t\u00eb zbatohet nga Qendra ALTRI, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Koalicionin &#8220;Drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb&#8221; dhe synon t\u00eb zgjeroj\u00eb dhe rris\u00eb aksesin e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi duke plot\u00ebsuar kuadrin ligjor dhe rregullator p\u00ebr edukimin ligor t\u00eb publikut n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe marrjen e hapave t\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb zbatimin e k\u00ebtij kuadri ligjor. P\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, ALTRI dhe Koalicioni do t\u00eb: (1) ndihmojn\u00eb Komisionin Parlamentar p\u00ebr \u00c7\u00ebshtjet Ligjore, Administrat\u00ebn Publike dhe t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar Strategjin\u00eb e par\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Edukimit Ligjor t\u00eb Publikut (SKALP) n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri; (2) ndihmojn\u00eb institucionin publik p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr zbatimin e SKALP, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar Planin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Veprimit (PKV) p\u00ebr SKALP; (3) trajnojn\u00eb institucionet kryesore publike p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr zbatimin e SKALP dhe PKV dhe (4) kryejn\u00eb nj\u00eb fushate informimi publik p\u00ebr SKALP dhe PKV, duke synuar qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe duke i kushtuar nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb grupeve t\u00eb pafavorizuara t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve.
