Po ashtu ky raport p\u00ebrmban t\u00eb dh\u00ebna mbi pun\u00ebn dhe efi\u00e7ens\u00ebn e autoriteteve anti-trafik n\u00eb zbatimin e ligjit, p\u00ebrfshirjen e tyre n\u00eb procesin e hetimit t\u00eb trafikut dhe efektet e k\u00ebtyre proceseve n\u00eb rehabilitimin edhe ri-integrimin e viktimave, si dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrimeve t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs n\u00eb vend. Raporti p\u00ebrfshin si q\u00ebllim edhe matjen e zhvillimeve institucionale n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjendjes s\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb trafikimit, n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjen e masave dhe zhvillimin e veprimtarive dhe programeve strategjike n\u00eb ofrimin e mjeteve dhe infrastruktur\u00ebs adekuate n\u00eb qendrat prit\u00ebse p\u00ebr viktimat e trafikimit.
