Komponenti i par\u00eb synon t\u00eb garantoj\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e viktimave t\u00eb trafikimit si dhe parandalimin e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb COVID-19 brenda streh\u00ebzave n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb t\u00eb strehuara kjo kategori p\u00ebrfituese. Komponenti i par\u00eb konsiston n\u00eb: (1) identifikimin e nevojave t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb trafikimit n\u00eb streh\u00ebzat ku ato jetojn\u00eb, (2) ofrimi dhe sigurimi i produkteve t\u00eb higjien\u00ebs t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr parandalimin e COVID-19; dhe nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr ndikimin q\u00eb ka dhe vazhdon t\u00eb ket\u00eb pandemia n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre, rreziqet me t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrballet ky grup i preksh\u00ebm dhe masat q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb merren. Komponenti i dyt\u00eb synon t\u00eb kontribuoj\u00eb n\u00eb nism\u00ebn e propozuar nga Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) p\u00ebr t\u00eb forcuar mir\u00ebqenien dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e viktimave (potenciale) duke fuqizuar autoritetet publike dhe organizatat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer fushata nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi tek grupet e synuara.
