Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebsaj iniciative \u00ebsht\u00eb krijimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve n\u00eb komunitet dhe i modeleve t\u00eb mbrojtjes dhe promovimit t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar standardet e jetes\u00ebs p\u00ebr grupet vulnerab\u00ebl dhe duke ofruar mb\u00ebshtetje ligjore p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket mund\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb aksesit n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet sociale. Zbatimi i k\u00ebsaj iniciative \u00ebsht\u00eb parashikuar si prioritet edhe n\u00eb Planin e Veprimit t\u00eb Strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb Edukimit Ligjor t\u00eb Publikut 2021-2023. Ky projekt do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb 10 muaj dhe do t\u00eb shtrihet n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Kuk\u00ebsit, n\u00eb 5 nj\u00ebsi administrative, n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Lezh\u00ebs n\u00eb 5 nj\u00ebsi administrative dhe n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Kurbinit n\u00eb 2 nj\u00ebsi administrative.<\/p>\n
