{"id":4043,"date":"2020-09-03T15:47:47","date_gmt":"2020-09-03T15:47:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/altri.al\/index.php\/2020\/09\/03\/zhvillimi-i-trajnimeve\/"},"modified":"2020-09-16T15:48:18","modified_gmt":"2020-09-16T15:48:18","slug":"transfering-knowledges-and-raising-capacities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/altri.al\/index.php\/2020\/09\/03\/transfering-knowledges-and-raising-capacities\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Transfering knowledges and raising capacities"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; background: white;\">On March 3-7, ALTRI Center organized a 6-day training with women in the Peshkopi area, within the project &#8220;Empowerment of women in the Dibra area and promotion of local products&#8221;.This is a project funded by the German government, implemented by GIZ in Albania in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.During the training days, 70 women participated in 3 training sessions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; background: white;\">The topics that were addressed are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><p>How to design a business plan?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\">The importance of networking with different organizations and actors!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white;\">Local product promotion, marketing techniques, product labeling and packaging<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; background: white;\">The initiative &#8220;Empowerment of women in the Dibra area and promotion of local products&#8221; aims to establish and operate a business for women and girls which will create a suitable environment for their social change.
