Monitoring of court hearings will focus on the implementation of the provisions of\u00a0the Criminal Procedures Code, Civil Procedures Code and Juvenile Justice Code and the law on resolving disputes through mediation regarding the obligation to notify and instruct the parties to\u00a0resolve disputes through mediation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to collect qualitative data, interviews of judges, prosecutors and intermediaries were\u00a0conducted, as well as a survey process with citizens parties in court proceedings and\u00a0beneficiaries of the mediation service.\u00a0After collecting the data, the Monitoring Report was drafted.
