As the first activity of the initiative, it will focus on a detailed analysis of the applicable legal framework for resolving disputes through mediation by identifying ongoing legal changes, the purpose of these changes, legal shortcomings, compliance with Procedural Codes as well as difficulties in effectively enforcing these provisions. The analysis will also focus on the experience and successful models of other countries in terms of increasing the number of cases
\nresolved through mediation and referred by the court \/ prosecutors. The purpose of this analysis
\nis to identify from the research work the current problems in the provision of mediation service.<\/p>\n
