N\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebsaj iniciative synohet p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve sociale p\u00ebr grupet n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet forcimit t\u00eb rolit monitorues t\u00eb Institucionit t\u00eb Avokatit t\u00eb Popullit (IAP) dhe p\u00ebrfshirja e grupeve n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim, do t\u00eb hartohen rekomandime konkrete p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e situat\u00ebs n\u00eb ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve sociale dhe do t\u00eb zhvillohet nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsuese p\u00ebr zbatimin e k\u00ebtyre rekomandimeve. Iniciativa parashikohet t\u00eb zbatohet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb 12 mujore n\u00eb qytetet e lart\u00ebp\u00ebrmendura.<\/span><\/p>\n
