In the framework of the project \u201cMonitoring equal distribution of social rights for vulnerable groups at national and local level (Kuk\u00ebs, Elbasan, Librazhd and Pogradec)\u201d, has been drafted the \u201cMonitoring Methodology and Evaluation of the People’s Advocate Institution for social services provided by Local Government Units\u201d. The aim of methodology is to serve as a continuous work tool of the People’s Advocate Institution during the process of monitoring the realization of the social rights of groups in need. In order to have a realistic, efficient and applicable document, they are invited to be involved in the consultation process of the People’s Advocate representative, representatives of the Local Government Unit, representatives of Civil Society Organizations and groups in need.<\/span><\/p>\n
